When it comes to your income, retirement, estate, business and philanthropic planning, many families and business owners have excellent professional advisors in place, but for some reason have either not completed or have gaps in their plans.

At Tony DeLeon and Associates, it is our mission to be the catalyst in the planning process. We help our clients clarify their objectives for business and estate planning, and then work with them and their advisors to take action to close the gaps and complete the plan. We are committed to developing strong, long-term relationships with our clients, their families, businesses and advisors, while striving to exceed expectations.

With over 40 years experience as a financial advisor, the dedicated support of our local staff, and the solid resources available to Tony as a Nautilus Group® member agent, our firm delivers a high quality consultative process to assist our clients with achieving their financial goals.

As a financial services professional, Tony is a strategic thinker with a highly innovative mindset. He began his financial services career with New York Life Insurance Company in 1974, in Austin, TX, where he settled after serving a tour of duty in Vietnam with the United States Army.

He founded Tony DeLeon and Associates in 1974 to meet the needs of business owners and executives. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChCF®) and Master of Financial Services (MSFS), he brings extensive knowledge as he recommends solutions for his client's retirement, insurance and estate planning, as well as wealth management needs.

Tony spends his free time attending the symphony, the ballet and UT football games. He also enjoys yoga and traveling.

Cleo Morales joined Tony DeLeon and Associates in September 2001. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance. She earned her CFP® certification in July 2021. As a CFP® she is committed to providing financial planning services in adherence to the duties, obligations and practice standards set forth by the CFP® Board. She will use her knowledge and experience to help clients and their families reach their financial goals.

Cleo is a Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, helping individuals and business owners to create, build and preserve wealth.

Cleo met her husband Rick at UT Austin. They have been married for 27 years and have two children, Matthew and Marissa.

Miguel DeLeon joined the family business in 2010, after three years of working with a small engineering firm. His main area of focus at Tony DeLeon and Associates is assisting business owners with their retirement plan needs. He is an Agent with New York Life Insurance Company, and holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. Miguel earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Trinity University, San Antonio, TX.

Dora joined Tony DeLeon and Associates in April 2017. She graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville with a BBA in Management in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 7 years working for a school district as an Administrative Assistant.

Community Involvement

Tony is a supporter of the New York Life Foundation. The Foundation works with organizations and communities to support grants, giving and volunteers.

River City Youth

Tony is a volunteer and a donor of the River City Youth Foundation. They have been helping kids reach their dreams for over 25 years by providing mentoring, education and development programs.

Foundation for the Homeless

Tony is a donor of the Foundation for the Homeless in Austin, a non-profit that helps homeless community members through outreach programs and faith-based resources. The Foundation expands its reach to all of Central Texas, working to ensure that every person can have a home.

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Tony is a donor of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, whose mission is to cure cystic fibrosis and provide those affected with the opportunity to lead full and enriched lives. They are the world's leader in research for a cure for cystic fibrosis.
